  • Restructured and reduced the number of telephone sales personnel resulting in a 20% month-to-month increase in sales.
  • Used the money saved through restructuring to purchase new equipment and employee training.
  • Added a regional sales manager trained by WMEP to build customer relationships, resulting in the acquisition of large new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts.
