“Focus & Go” is the 2020 theme for Manufacturing Matters!

The manufacturing landscape is exciting and filled with many opportunities and challenges. Its dynamic nature favors companies that proactively change with the times.

With that in mind, “Focus & Go” is the theme of our upcoming Manufacturing Matters! 20/20 Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee, which will be held on February 27, 2020.

“Focusing” helps prioritize your time, talent and resources and increases your likelihood of success. Just as importing is acting or “Going” once you have zeroed in on solutions.

Steve Brown, a futurist who is CEO of Possibility and Purpose, will help us understand these emerging possibilities during his keynote address at our Manufacturing Matters! 20/20 conference.

Steve is an energetic speaker, author, strategist, and advisor with more than 30 years of high-tech experience. He is the former futurist and chief evangelist at tech giant Intel Corporation.

Steve is passionate about helping people to imagine and build a better future. Whether talking about the future of work in a post-automation world, doing a deep dive on artificial intelligence, or discussing the future of flying cars, he inspires his audiences to think beyond the current status quo and to reimagine their businesses, and their lives, for the better.

Steve speaks and writes in plain language on how continued advances in computing will intersect business, cultural and human trends to create both new opportunities and new challenges. He has been featured on BBC, CNN, Bloomberg TV, ABC News, Wired, WSJ:Digits, CBS, and many other media outlets.

Steve earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Micro-Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. Born in the United Kingdom, Steve became a U.S. citizen in 2008.

This year’s conference once again features 18 breakout sessions in six tracks:

  • Workforce Excellence
  • Improving Productivity
  • Leading for Success
  • Strategic Growth
  • Improving Business Performance
  • Industry 4.0/Automation

We hope you can join us at our 20/20 Manufacturing Matters! Conference, and we invite you to take advantage of Early Bird pricing at a conference that is sure to sell out.
