How to Conduct a Materiality Assessment

What is Materiality and how can you conduct a materiality assessment? Materiality assessments help identify an organization’s most “material issues” and determine what to track and report on. Through a process of reaching out to internal and external stakeholders, you can input on identifying key issues.

The key to getting value out of a materiality assessment is first understanding the information you are looking for and how you are going to use it. Don’t miss this important step, it enables you to ask the right questions, interview the right stakeholders, and visually display the results so that it can inform decision making.

In this webinar, we will have two Green Master Program companies, Inpro Corporation and ABB share their process for conducting a materiality assessment for sustainability at their organization. We will learn how and why the organization drafted their assessment, their methodology for information gathering, the results, and how they are using the results.

This webinar will address diving into what is a materiality assessment, how to conduct one and how it can help your strategy.
