Lean Certificate Series

WMEP, in cooperation with Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), offers manufacturers a simple, inexpensive way to determine how lean manufacturing will work best for their organizations. The Lean Certificate series shows how organizations like yours can benefit from implementing lean processes and systems on the plant floor and in the office. Instruction, simulations and applied examples are integrated into the workshops. Coaching and technical assistance can also be available through the FVTC/WMEP partnership.
