Rick RayRick Ray, Senior Manufacturing Specialist

"What I like best about my job is the ability, as a consultant, to help companies make significant positive changes to their businesses.  As a consultant I can clearly see a business and its issues because I am not burdened with a history of how things have always been done.  As a consultant I am also viewed as a business expert  which means that business owners and managers are more likely to listen to and implement my ideas.  Working with companies and seeing them make significant improvement to their businesses gives me tremendous job satisfaction."
