  • 22 years of manufacturing experience in areas such as project management, product development and supply base management. Prior to joining WMEP, he worked for Mercury Marine and John Deere.

Education:

Steve has a BS in Industrial Technology from the UW–Stout and an MBA from Marquette University.

Steve also has the following Certifications:

  • Lean Train the Trainer, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), including:
    Five S, Quick Changeover & Total Productive Maintenance
  • Lean Training, Lean Enterprise Institute, including
    A3 Strategy Planning and Deployment & Creating Level Pull
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
