Dan has nearly two decades of experience in financial management, information technology, operations management, process improvement and strategic planning for professional services organizations.
Dan’s experience includes serving as Director of Finance, IT and Administration for a Chicago-based architectural firm where he played a key role in developing and implementing resource management processes and the introduction of benchmarking metrics; spearheading the implementation of an enterprise-wide adoption of a financial and operations software package for a multi-national firm; and broad experience in financial management and reporting for consultancies ranging in size from $12 million to $300 million.
