We are all struggling to deliver quality services as efficiently and effectively as possible. This three-part course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and methods necessary to implement a quality improvement project. Participants learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better. Quality 101 will be a hands-on, interactive set of workshops where you will learn a set of proven quality methods. This course is for beginners with little or no background in quality processes.

Tim Hallock has over 30 years of experience teaching and applying quality concepts in a clear, fun and straightforward fashion. So come and learn how to apply PDSA to create and test change to better meet your customers’ needs.
