Ken Miller, author of We Don’t Make Widgets and Extreme Government Makeover, believes the work of government is noble, people in government want to make a difference and the systems of government are a bit of a mess. He and his Public Great blog co-host, Bill Bott, bring their expertise to help you tackle some of the biggest challenges facing you today. Ken’s keynote focuses on increasing government’s capacity to “do more good.” After lunch, Bill teaches hands-on exercises to reinforce concepts from the keynote. Then, roll up your sleeves as Ken facilitates a lively Q&A brainstorming session focusing on solutions and practical next steps.
