Important Notes for Presenters

  • Sales-oriented language is not acceptable. No sales oriented submissions will be considered for presentation
  • Presentations are to be original and are not to be presented at other manufacturing related conferences for three months before or after the Manufacturing Matters! conference
  • The Call for Presenter Online Application must be complete (please review before filling out - there is no "save" function on the online form.
  • If selected to present, you will need to bring your own laptop computer. An LCD projector, screen and lavalier microphone will be provided. Any other requirements can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  •  If selected to present, you will be asked to track your time/expenses and report it as an in-kind contribution to WMEP (a non-profit organization) and returned to WMEP by June 15, 2012
  • Sessions are 60 minutes; please plan for 15 minutes of Q&A, or design the presentation to be completely interactive
  • If selected, WMEP will determine the time and location and room number of your session
  • Formal notification of acceptance will be emailed December 2011 or January 2011.
